– If we incur third-party disbursements or out-of-pocket expenses on your behalf, these expenses are generally non-refundable once incurred

2.5 For some products or services, we may ask for advance payment or retainers before commencing work on your behalf. Any unutilized portion of the advance payment will be refunded to you, subject to applicable deductions as outlined below.
